A native of Missouri, Denise Velten and her family made the beautiful Central Coast their home in 2004.

Along with her husband, she has been involved in real estate and property management for over 35 years.

In 2008, she joined the team at Allan Real Estate Investments. Her roles include Office Manager, Realtor, and Licensed Assistant.

Denise enjoys interacting with people daily and insuring that the office runs smoothly, as well as planning and organizing annual special events such as the Summer Client BBQ and the Eagle Appreciation Dinner.
