The home features several recent upgrades and improvements. Two new flower beds with decorative stones and bricks were installed in front of the house, enhancing its curb appeal. A new 30-year roof with shingles was installed and fully permitted through the City of Lakewood. The electrical system was upgraded with a new 200 AMP panel for the house and a subpanel for the garage, along with newly installed 110V and 220V outlets; all panels and electrical work were also permitted through the city. The interior and exterior of the home have been freshly painted, and the exterior of the garage has also been newly painted. New tile flooring has been installed throughout the house.
