Dennis Allan was meant to be a great business owner on the Central Coast from the moment he received a scholarship offer from Cal Poly. The salesman that he is, Allan held out for a better pledge from Chico State before receiving his bachelor’s degree in Ag Business. San Luis Obispo County drew him back with a position as president of a company that grew in valuation from $5 million to $100 million, during his tenure. However, Dennis is more interested in quality and integrity than numbers, as one of his favorite sayings in the office is, “Don’t miss an opportunity to be a hero with my money.” The client trust is at the forefront of the Allan Real Estate business model. This love of commerce and people led to a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine and over 30 years of service to communities from Santa Maria to Paso Robles. Serving on the finance board for St. Patrick’s Parish in Arroyo Grande as well as an officer for the Pismo Coast Realtors Board provide even more continuing education with devotion to the Five Cities area. When Dennis isn’t being an advocate for the clients of AREI, he enjoys being out on the ranch, with his ever-expanding family, or playing racquetball.
John Cole has seen San Luis Obispo County sprout new homes, schools and businesses since before Bishop’s Peak Elementary was named after the famed Seven Sister. Freshly licensed, he provides a lifetime worth of knowledge about the benefits to each nook and cranny from Santa Maria to Paso Robles. John’s superior business acumen from decades helping run a family owned car dealership, and managing ranches, assist him both in real estate transactions and as Allan Real Estate Investments’ Controller.

Business with a marketing concentration, Shawn decided to remain in the area and continue sharpening her skills in property management, making the transition to real estate when she began working as an escrow assistant at Chicago Title. From there, she was recruited by a real estate team as a transaction coordinator and became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and then a licensed real estate broker in 2009. A broker-associate at Allan Real Estate Investments, Shawn specializes in residential property and is a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist.
