Margaret Allan

Margaret Allan is a charter member of the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors. She received her broker’s license in the late 1970’s. She worked for a couple of other local real estate offices before starting her own real estate business in 1980. Margaret, along with Dennis, started Allan Real Estate Investments in 1991.

In addition to her duties as co-owner of AREI, Margaret manages and owns the 500 acre Rocky Creek Cattle Ranch in the Huasna Valley. Margaret is an experienced trail rider and has four horses, including three Rocky Mountain gaited horses. She has travelled all over California on trail rides as a member of the West Coast Rocky Mountain Horse Club.

Dennis and Margaret have five children, all of which have worked as an employee of Allan Real Estate Investments at one time or another.
